Terms of Service

The service

Looksona generates special-effects makeup photoshoots from a selfie you upload, using AI. Results are AI-generated and can vary between generations; we do not guarantee any specific outcome.

Credits & payments

• 1 credit generates 1 photo. Credits are tied to your account and are not transferable.
• If a generation fails, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance.
• Credit pack purchases are final except where required by applicable law or our payment processors' policies.
• Generation is rate-limited to keep the service fair and stable.

Acceptable use

• Upload only photos of yourself, or of another adult who has given you explicit consent.
• No photos of minors. No use for impersonation, deception, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
• Uploads are automatically screened (single real adult face) and may be rejected. Repeated abuse may lead to account suspension.

Your content & license

• You retain rights to your uploaded photo. You grant us the limited license needed to process it and deliver your result.
• Generated photoshoots are yours to use personally. Commercial use requires a pack that includes a commercial license (see pricing).

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
