What we collect

Account data — email address and sign-in identifiers (Google/Apple/email).
Your selfie — the photo you upload to generate a photoshoot. This is biometric-adjacent data and we treat it with the strictest handling below.
Generated images — the photoshoots created for your account.
Transaction records — credit purchases and usage. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor (PayPal); we never see or store them.

Your selfie is used solely to generate the photoshoot you requested.
The uploaded selfie is deleted from our storage immediately after processing — whether generation succeeds, fails, or is rejected. Only the generated result is kept in your account.
We never train AI models on your photos, never sell your face data, and never share it with advertisers.
Generation is performed by Google's Gemini API acting as our processor; your image is transmitted to it only for the duration of processing, subject to Google's API data-use terms (not used to train their models).
Automated checks run on your upload (face presence, single person, adult) to protect you and others; these checks do not create a stored biometric profile.

Generated photoshoots stay in your account until you delete them or your account.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time: hello@looksona.com. We complete deletion within 30 days.

Looksona is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly process photos of minors; uploads that appear to depict minors are automatically rejected.
